Ingredients: 90% elk meat, 8% rice protein, (less than 2% sugar and water as a brine solution for texture), Rosemary extract.  

*Rice protein is different than rice flour. There are no carbohydrates in rice protein. 

It is made by treating brown rice with select enzymes that cause the carbohydrates and protein to separate. The protein can be isolated resulting in a high-quality plant-based protein powder.
